Is the app free?
Yes, downloading and signing up are free. Customers only pay the price of the service shown in the offer they accept.
How are professionals selected?
They are independent professionals who sign up on the platform. Each one goes through an identity check (ID and selfie), a check of their business and approval by our team before receiving requests.
When am I charged?
When you accept an offer. The money is held securely and is only released to the professional once the service has been confirmed.
What happens if the service doesn't go well?
You have 72 hours after the end of the service to report it in the app, describing the problem. Our support team reviews the situation and can decide on a payment, a partial refund or a full refund.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free before an offer is accepted, then refunded at 100% more than 24 h before the service, 90% between 24 h and 6 h, 70% less than 6 h before and 50% after the scheduled time. If the professional cancels, you are fully refunded.
Can I book for today?
Yes: you can request a service as soon as possible until 4 pm the same day, or schedule a date at least two hours in advance, depending on the professionals available in your area.
Which areas is the service available in?
The service is available wherever active professionals operate. If that isn't the case yet at your address, the app tells you before you enter your request. We are expanding our coverage regularly.
How do I become a provider?
Download the app, create a professional account, fill in your business, services and area, then complete the identity check. Our team approves your profile before your first requests.
